A ball nut 16 is disposed of in the guiding cylinder 17, and an annular cylinder 15 is disposed between the ball nut 16 and the rotating shaft 12. The end of the annular cylinder 15 is connected to the ball nut 16. The other end is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 12; the motor's output end is provided with a ball threaded rod 20 that cooperates with the ball nut 16. A sealing device is arranged between the stirring motor 18. The can body 1, the sealing device is fixedly connected to the can body 1, and the output shaft 4 of the stirring motor 2 passes through the sealing device. The sealing device includes shell 23; cylindrical space is formed in shell 23; a ring column 24 is disposed of in shell 23. An outer circular surface of the annular column 24 is matched with an inner circular surface of the shell 23, the inner wall of annular column 24 is a tapered surface; the annular column 24 is provided with a sealing ring 21, which is matched with a tapered surface. A spring 22 is disposed between the sealing ring 21 and the inner wall of the shell 23; the sealing ring 21 is sealingly engaged with the output shaft 4 of the stirring motor 2.
