The water pump 3 is electrically connected to the power switch 10. The power switch 10 is electrically connected to the power jack 11. The power jack 11 is electrically connected to the water pump 3. The low-temperature water is heated by heater 5 to condense the heat pipe 6 to transfer the heat in the high-temperature water to the frozen meat. The frozen meat is melted, and the heat dissipation hole 8 is penetrated through the bottom of the third cavity 7. The lower end of the capillary tube 14 is connected to a current collector 15, and the lower end of the current collector 15 communicates with an inlet pipe 16 penetrating the first cavity 1. The water pump 3 is electrically connected to the power switch 10. The power switch 10 is electrically connected to the supply hub, and the supply hub 11 is electrically connected to the water pump 3. The low-temperature water is heated by heater 5, and the heat is transferred to the frozen heat pipe 6 to transfer the heat in the high-temperature water to the frozen meat so that the frozen meat is melted. The heat dissipation hole 8 is penetrated through the bottom of the third cavity 7. The uneven heating of the frozen meat is avoided. The transfer and circulation of cold and heat are realized by the water pump 3, the heater 5, the condensation heat release tube 6, and the capillary tube 14. The inner wall of the third cavity 7 is attached with a waterproof film to prevent water vapor from adhering to the inner wall of the third cavity 7.
